The MBA in Project Management at GBS Malta is designed for professionals looking to strengthen their business leadership and project management capabilities. The programme combines core MBA subjects such as global strategy, managerial finance, leadership and organisational behaviour, and digital marketing with specialist project management modules. You will develop the knowledge and skills to plan, manage and deliver projects effectively, while making informed strategic decisions in complex and changing business environments.
The programme takes a practical approach to project leadership, with a focus on areas such as project execution, procurement, team leadership, risk management and project control and closure. You will also have the opportunity to apply your learning through a dissertation/project based on a topic relevant to your professional interests. With an APM-accredited Project Management pathway, the MBA prepares you to lead projects, teams and business initiatives across a range of industries while building the strategic expertise needed for career progression.

Being a student here, I can say that the lecturers and my staff members and everything just in the college are super helpful and amazing.If I talk about the lecturers,they are super experienced and they are amazing in terms of the teaching methods,we have maltese and international lecturers,so its a diverse culture here.

Living and studying in Malta has been a truly thrilling experience. From studying by the beach, to going to cafés, to meeting amazing people, every moment has been memorable. Most importantly, studying in an English-speaking environment has been a huge advantage for me. With six modules completed in one year, we managed the academic pressure thanks to the constant advice and support from the administration and faculty. They were more than just helpful, they were nurturing.
